Help us reach our goal. We are taking on the task of helping our local homeless shelter. With that in mind we would like to reach as many people as we can with our program. It takes a collective effort to make a difference and with your help we can do so much more. Thank you for your interest in our referral program and your desire to make a difference. We know it takes time and resources to spread the word so we are offering a 10% cash referral program for all net sales. Details of the program are below. Thank you again for your support.

The Bangor Area Homeless Shelter is a dry shelter whose mission is to support and strengthen the community by providing emergency shelter and supportive services to people who are homeless or at risk and to advocate for collaborative, locally driven solutions to end homelessness. Their goal is to have all guests at the Shelter transitioned into suitable, stable, housing in 30 days or less.

QK Referral Program Terms and Conditions

As a member of Quarantine Karaoke’s Referral Program (a “Referrer”), you are subject to Quarantine Karaoke’s (a "QK") Terms of Use and Quarantine Karaoke’s Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Quarantine Karaoke’s Referral Program:

• Qualified Referral. Referrers will receive a cash for each Qualified Referral.  A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at store.quarantinekaraoke.net by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website by clicking on the unique Referral program link; and is purchased in USD in the United States or shipped to an address in the United States. As a Referrer, you have unlimited to Qualified Referrals for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are  counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
• Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The Referred Customer must complete an order on store.quarantinekaraoke.net and must have not shopped on store.quarantinekaraoke.net before to earn Referral Credits.
• Referral Rewards. For each Qualified Referral, the Referrer will receive a cash reward of 10% USD, paid each month. A payment will be made if the minimum of $50 has accrued during a pay period. If the minimum has not been met, the amount will roll over to the next month until the minimum threshold has been met for a payout. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
  
• Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals and Businesses. Quarantine Karaoke’s Referral Program cannot be used for affiliate lead generation and posted on discount sites. Links may be posted on a Referrer's website, facebook, instagram, twitter and youtube accounts. All links are subject to approval and maybe be deemed ineligible if any link posting is deemed damaging to the QK brand. Links to located within sites promoting pornography, drug use, violence or racism, but not limited to, will be banned and removed from the program.
  
• Compliance with Law. As a Referrer, you agree to comply with all up-to-date laws, including, but not limited to the CAN SPAM Act. Any distribution of your unique referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from QK’s Referral program.
• Right to Close Accounts. QK reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the QK Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
• Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. QK reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed earnings will be forfeited at that time.
